Ask the lawyer – Puissance

I bought a ten year old pony, that was advertised as a pony that measured 1.47 meter (D-pony). After buying the pony it turns out that the pony actually measures at 1.52 meter (E-pony). Because of this my daughter is not allowed to compete at international competitions, for which the pony was purchased. Can I reverse the sale?

First and foremost should be noted that ponies are measured up until they turn eight years old, as up until then they can grow. If a ten year old pony is advertised as 1.47 meter then the buyer can take the position that he or she can assume that the seller’s statement about the pony would be correct.
