Yesterday Piotr Wawrzyniak and Luc Schelstraete from Schelstraete Lawyers successfully represented an Olympic athlete at the CAS in a dispute with the FEI.
The parties reached a settlement agreement before the CAS. The Client can still qualify for the Olympic Games 2020!
