Mr. Van der Vaart and Mr. Hervas Ascencio ended their dispute with regards to the horses Let it be VDV and Cyrano VDV.

In August 2015 a dispute arose between Mr. Van der Vaart, the owner of the largest share in the horse Let it Be VDV and Cyrano VDV Z, and Mr. Hervas Ascencio, the trainer and co-owner of the horses with regards to – among others – the training and stabling of the horses. Several articles with regards to the dispute were published in the media. Mr. Van der Vaart and Mr. Hervas Ascencio hereby announce that they have settled their differences and ended all legal procedures.
