New team member: Sara Mentink

Schelstraete Lawyers covers all aspects of (international) labor law, including negotiating employment contracts and resolving any disputes arising from the employment relationship. We welcome Sara who will be strengthening our team and primarily operating in the employment law department. Sara is specialised in the field of employment law. During her Masters degree, Sara gained more in-depth knowledge in employment law, pension law and social security law. Following her studies, she gained experience as an employment lawyer. Sara will be advising clients of Schelstraete Lawyers on employment law issues such as non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, disability, settlement agreements and salary disputes.
